Frequently Asked Questions
How do I submit my family photos and stories?
After your order is placed, you will receive a direct link to submit your documents. You can upload your digital files directly through our secure portal. We handle the appropriate publishing of your book and getting it prepared for purchase. Once we finalize your published book, you will receive a link to order your desired number of copies. If you purchased a package with a free copy, you will also receive a code to use with your order to get the free copy.
What generations of history can I include?
Our books are designed to be timeless. You can include stories from any generation, from your grandparents to your grandchildren, creating a living legacy. Some people opt to simply use it as a way to display their family generations and heritage only or they may choose to include stories and information obtained from ancestry sites or both.
Is the book printed on high-quality paper?
Absolutely. We use premium, 80# coated paper to ensure your book lasts for generations to come.
How long does the collaboration process take?
The timeline varies based on the complexity of the story. Most families receive their beautifully bound books within 3-4 weeks of submission.
Can I add a custom message or dedication?
Yes, given these legacy books are custom designed, you have the option to personalize the book in the way you choose. Personal messages, dedications, or special notes are a great way to add your legacy book.
