All our sourced offerings meet these high standards, ensuring a premium experience in every cup. All of our coffee is specialty grade and ethically traded with a focus on relationships and respect for the farm and the farmer. All lots are carefully evaluated based on cup quality, farm process and sustainable practice.

Our Coffee Roasters roast in frequent small batches to ensure your coffee is at peak quality when it ships. Our roasting schedule is guided by customer demand, not warehouse inventory—so your coffee isn’t sitting around waiting to be sold. Using Ikawa sample roasters, our roasters develop the perfect roast profile for each lot before transferring it to our 10 & 15KG drum roasters. This meticulous process guarantees that each batch of coffee delivers its unique flavor characteristics.

Our roasting partners will roast in frequent small batches to ensure your coffee is at peak quality when it ships. Our roasting and fulfillment process is built to prioritize freshness, responsiveness, and quality. Orders are often packed and shipped the same day they’re roasted, helping minimize storage time and deliver coffee that’s full of flavor and character. The result is the freshest, small batch, craft roasted coffee available. Because of this, the coffee orders will take 1-5 business days before our roasters are ready to ship them. Orders generally ship in 3-5 business days (a bit longer during holidays and peak times).
