Our mission is to bridge the gap between the artisanal roaster and the home, delivering freshly roasted single-origin coffees that capture the distinct flavor of a freshly roasted bean. When you order from us, you receive a freshly roasted small batch of coffee.

Through our monthly subscription, we invite you to explore the vibrant diversity of global coffee varieties. From the sun-drenched highlands of Ethiopia to the misty peaks of Colombia, every roast is a testament to our commitment to quality, sustainability, and the rich stories of the coffee farmers who cultivate them.

CE Coffee Collection — Good Coffee. Brighter Days.

Some of my earliest and fondest memories are of my parents preparing breakfast together in the morning. The comforting aromas of breakfast and freshly brewed coffee filled our home, creating moments that have stayed with me throughout my life. At the time, I had no idea what coffee tasted like, but its familiar aroma became something special—a reminder of home, family, and the simple joy of starting the day together.

It wasn't until my late twenties that I developed a taste for coffee. What began as an occasional cup gradually became a cherished morning ritual. Over the years, my appreciation grew—not just for the coffee itself, but for the experience of preparing and enjoying it. From traditional drip coffee and percolators to pour-overs and discovering charming local coffee shops, each experience deepened my appreciation for a good cup.

Eventually, I began exploring what truly makes a difference in coffee: freshness, quality, and the care that goes into every roast. I experimented with purchasing and roasting my own beans, visited small coffee shops known for their fresh roasts, and discovered how much more enjoyable coffee could be when it was freshly roasted.

That appreciation led me to find a way to source coffee that is freshly roasted to order, allowing me to enjoy that same wonderful experience at home. And somewhere along the way, a simple thought occurred to me: Why not share that experience with others?

And so, CE Coffee Collection was born.

Today, I still enjoy visiting independent coffee shops and discovering new flavors, but there's something equally special about brewing a fresh cup in the comfort of my own home.

Through CE Coffee Collection, I hope to bring that experience to you—offering thoughtfully selected coffees, freshly roasted to order, and an opportunity to explore unique flavors and origins from around the world.

Because for me, coffee has always been about more than what's in the cup. It's about the memories we carry, the moments we create, and the simple pleasures that make each day a little brighter.
